Selling Your Property

Our operation has been established since 2005, and we continued to sell properties regardless of difficulties within the property market across the globe. At Gauci & Magri Properties, we overcome market conditions through confidence and hard work.

Our no-nonsense approach is a welcome breath of fresh air for home sellers across Scotland who have given up hope of ever selling through the more traditional type estate agencies.

We have the belief and passion that we will sell every property that we take on and will not take on any property that we are not confident of selling.

We offer packages which include a no fees upfront option. We can give you all information about our prices during our meeting.

The experience behind Gauci & Magri Properties spans over 15 years since 2005, and the Directors, who are very much hands-on in the business, are all extremely passionate about giving the best experience to all our customers.

We will make the whole process as easy as possible for you from start to finish. We understand that selling your house can be a stressful time so we will take away a lot of this stress by offering a fully tailored service to meet each and every clients’ requirements. Nothing will be too much trouble for us where our clients are concerned.

How does it work?

Check to see if your property is eligible

Send us your postcode and a few quick details into our enquiry form and we will let you know instantly if your property can be sold to our clients.

Receive a valuation from us within 12 hours

On receiving your information, one of our experienced property consultants will do some research into your property, liaise with our in house valuations team and provide you with a valuation all within 12 hours.

We will visit your property and formalize the valuation

If our valuation is accepted, we will then arrange for one of our Regional Managers to come to visit your property. Our regional managers have expert local knowledge and have worked in the property for years. They will be able to inspect your property and formalise the valuation. They are also on hand to answer any further questions you may have about the process.
